| We changed the interior by knocking out several walls and creating a modern living flow to the house. All of the interior moldings were made by Pfing to match that of the existing house. We also built a large builtin book case in the living room and a large entertainment builtin in the family room. A custom laundry room was added, as well as a bathroom in the basement. We also added a mahogany stair case of the side porch. We have a few other projects to start shortly.

| This is a very old house very close to the train tracks and the Patapsco River in Halethorpe. MaryJane Macgill is one of the top producing realtors for Long and Foster. We help her clients out with repairs for their new purchases and we help her out on hr properties as well. In her house we finished off a second kitchen and replaced the entire large front door. An addition and a carriage house renovation are in the design phase.

| This is the second oldest house built in Catonsville. We were referred to Lucy Mckean from a very reputable builder because of our carpentry skills. We had to replace an extensive amount of exterior trim and column bases that had rotted. The work had to be an almost exact to what was made in the late 1800’s. Our work was approved by the Historical society. We also rebuilt part of the back porch and insulated it.

| In this house we took out the wall between the kitchen and Dining room and made one large kitchen. We also enclosed the back door and added a french door out to a deck where the dining room was located. This project is on the interiors section of this site http://www.pfing.com/interiors.html
The Owner also has two All State Insurance locations in Baltimore. We have done extensive work on the Canton Location. We recently finished up a three story rehab in Federal hill. The first floor is an All State office and the 2nd and 3rd floor is an apartment.

| This customer is a block down the street from the house above this on the web site. Once they saw thier Kitchen they wanted us to do thiers. We took down the wall and built out a large kitchen. This house is an end unit so we just replace the existing back door and windows.

| This house was a total rehab job. Our portion of it was the framing of the basement and interior areas that were changed, framing of the deck, and all railing installation for 1st and second floor decks. We have also done other framing for this customer on other rehab jobs.
